Bigger and stronger brother of Väike Wiik – more hops, more alcohol and more taste.
Amber coloured beer, enriched with large bubbles and thin foam. Subtle aroma offers tropical fruits, brioche and hint of herbs. Mouthfeel is surprisingly crisp, clear and a little stingy. Mid taste adds to the complexity with hoppy bitterness and tropical fruits that linger on to aftertaste. Suur Wiik is a beautiful example of a modest IPA. Wonderful companion to lightly spiced dishes like USA style pizza and tacos. Taste it with garlic bread and sloppy fries.

Suur Wiik – India pale ale
Bigger and stronger brother of Väike Wiik – more hops, more alcohol and more taste.
Appearance: Amber coloured beer, enriched with large bubbles and thin foam.
Nose: Subtle aroma offers tropical fruits, brioche and hint of herbs. Dominated by tropical fruits like mango and melon. With notes of freshly cut grass.
Taste: Mouthfeel is surprisingly crisp, clear and a little stingy. First taste brings out freshness and fruits. Mid taste adds to the complexity with hoppy bitterness and tropical fruits that linger on to aftertaste. Aftertaste tho not long, offers warmth from alcohol and grapefruit hints combined with honeydew and a bit of anis.
Serve: Pour it out at around 5-8°C.
